An apocryphal text purporting to narrate a trip to Rome by Mary and Martha to inform the Emperor Tiberius about the crucifixion and resurrection of Christ. Many inscriptions inside the front cover and on leaf 1a, probably contemporary, written within circles representing "magical mirrors" and promising salvific effect on those who read the tale. Without ornamentation.
